Nothing and Everything

Quick thank you to all who came out to see Dog Dance last Friday night and to all who participated in the workshop the next day.

This dance would not be happening if you were not present to each moment that arises, and each moment that falls.

I see you there, with me when I prepare for this dance.

I see you, and you too are dancing.

This is why I keep coming back to this quiet, delicate place that is, as Alexis said in the workshop on Saturday, "Nothing and Everything."
